Many melee heroes who do not start with a support that uses headdress benefit well from double boots.

You will need the heal from tranquility to deal with harassemnt. In order to save money, not spending it on health pots, you start with ring of regen and defense ring to quickly make tranqs at side shop, simple logic.

Now, since you are melee, you will want speed to charge in on ranged heroes, damage is always good for last hits, so you purchase two blades 9 + 9, and throw the next 450 at boots... now you can phase over the tranqs + base ms.


Speed... damage.... healing....

can't go wrong.

lol no stats level 1, or skipping regen. A Bristleback solo would slaughter both you and the support.

Ok, tranquil boots cost you 975 gp.
Thats either 9 salves, 9 stacks (so 27) tangos, a morbid mask, or 18 branches.

Losing 975gp early in the game is tough. Thats a decent chunk of one of your core items. If I'm playing carry against you, a 1000gp advantage is huge

Might as well kick out the other boots that cost 1350 and 1400 then.

Someone please tell what the win rates are of ranged heroes + escapes + spirit breaker (Since he is a melee missile of himself) against melee heroes.

After that, Ursa is probably the best actual melee hero that is not escape. Ursa is a jungler and if the character merely gets a shadow blade, the character is really a different story after that.

Actually kayfoid why not just disember yr tranquils and get phase boots only. Since when you get phase boots, the regeneration of tranquils won't be worth a lot after that.

Why not be a melee supportish magical sort of hero...

Get phase + tranq

Break tranq down later to make Bladamir's offering Mask, use boots to make Boots of Travel...


the greater your base speed the greater the effect from the % enhancement of phase, which reveals the greatest intended point of phase... use with boots of travel + Eul's.

So you would probably get Eul's first before breaking the tranq boots down.

Because Phase the Tranquil's 75 MS, which i had proven to be inferior than Phase + Yasha anyway.

The hero which benefits from Phase and Tranquil is, literally, only Lone Druid. And that's not because he wears both either. It's because one goes to the bear.
