Keep loosing connection to servers and can't reconnect :c

I have this problem all the time, but everything seems to be normal. I have a pretty good internet and my ping is usually very good, but even if I time out I can't reconnect. My computer is also fully capable to handle dota 2 and this problem just keeps ruining the game for me, my team and the enemies.
I keep getting low priority which makes finding good servers harder so I sometimes even get on Russian servers while living in West-Europa

Its their server issues.I've got this thing today like 3 times.

Also happened to me, the match ended and the enemy team won even though we leaded with about 10 kills in minute 5.

I won 2 games and lost 1 cause of that :D

This may be off topic a little but this reminded me of a game I played before team matchmaking was added. Me and my 4 friends were losing badly and all of a sudden for about a minute players started being kicked. Our mid was the first to go, then one of the opponents semi carries was kicked. I was fourth out. It came down to only the carries form each team was left. Their Juggernaut mad a run for our last low tier 4 but was kicked before he made it. We won but when we looked in our match history the replay was not there.

It might be a little extreme but reinstalling dota might fix it.
