Okay so I've been playing a bit of Lina lately and I realised that on almost any game you can beat people easily, I've actually been picking her for two reasons: 1: I can support or mid with her = no 0 support 5 mid or 0 mid 5 support, i will always be able to fill 1 of the 2 roles. And 2: everyone really underestimates her, I mean, I can win any lane easily because people don't understand the amount of damage she can deal. Mid lanes are easy, because when they come into last hit, I'll just W,Q,R and right click if necessary and will almost always win, lanes vs the notorious sniper mid you can win since like 3 dragon slaves forces him into hiding. Of course there are people who will be able to outlane HER but in most cases I've been able to win easily. Was just wondering what you think? It seems like she is pretty good in my level of games, whether it's supporting or mid, I seem to be able to do well most of the time, except for that other 60% losses but just ignore those games.
I would say there are 2 times of noobstompers.
High damage output heroes, Skywrath Mage, Lina, Zeus, Ursa for example, because less experienced people dont know what amount of damage they can dish out, and as a result overcommit and die instantly.
And the other ones heroes who can suddenly make a turnaround because of heals or tankyness, so people will engage and end up having not enough damage after using all stuns and nukes. So abbadon, Bristleback, Enchantress, Necrophos, Terrorblade, and Viper and Razor, who suddenly use their mek and kill 3 heroes while on 300 HP.
Edit: there is also a mini group made out of Bloodseeker and Slark, heroes that run at you and press an ability to kill. Their victims usually dont have or use TP's and are underfarmed and therefore EZ food.

That's why am having such a score on Kunkka, I just press E and ded ppl. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
Timmmmmmmmmm(I forgot how many m's you prefer so went with a safe amount), I'd add a third category of high skill ceiling heroes. Meepo, Puck, Windranger, etc. These heroes can sometimes wreck just because the opposing players don't know how he works at a higher level, thus being unknowing about what to do.
