I just wanted to say that its a bit too easy xD

Also, what I meant is that he loses pretty much all mid line-ups, since his damage is so low and he is so easily bullied in lane(especially by high armor targets, since Cold Snap does not proc on them from creep hits).That damage nerf hurt him more than you can think.
