Help with Jugg builds

I know Battle Fury is really good in Juggernaut, but I really don't like the item a lot, since it makes you farm for it a long time (pretty much like an AM, which is a hero I hate a lot). I usually build Maelstrom as a farming item followed by Mask of Madness if my lane is going fine or if the enemy team doesn't have an excesive amount of nuke power. I sell the MoM in the late game and then I buy a Satanic and most of the times I also sell the Maelstrom (I don't build Mjollnir because when the lightnings proc you cannot lifesteal). Another thing, is Silver Edge a good item in Jugg?

You can farm stacks with Healing Ward after you get BF, though. You can't do that with Mask of Madness. Which means that Battle Fury is indeed faster. Also, the Ring of Health is really important for farming in general. It's better than a Morbid Mask early on, unless you're jungling and not laning. So, sure Mask of Madness has the potential to be better in unorganized games where you AFK farm the jungle, but Battlle Fury is always going to be faster otherwise.
