OK, one's i am comfortable with:

Carry: Sven... ...
Mid: Necrophos, Death Prophet, Outworld Devourer
Mid/Offlane: Clockwerk, Batrider
Offlane: Timbersaw, Tidehunter, Bristleback, Axe, Nature's Prophet
Offlane/Support: Jakiro, Undying, Spirit Breaker, Ogre Magi
Support: Ancient Apparition, Bane, Crystal Maiden, Dazzle, Disruptor, Lich, Omniknight, Shadow Demon, Shadow Shaman, Skywrath Mage, Witch Doctor
Roaming: Earthshaker, Lion, Rubick, Vengeful Spirit
Junglers: Enigma, Sand King
Special Support/Mid section: Warlock

These are the ones i have either played a good few games with, or i have at least played a few and practiced in Bot matches a good amount. There are others i am learning/have played once or twice, but i wouldn't play in a 'serious' game.

Support's are best.
