Hero: Baldwin, The Masked King (by dharma iniciative)
Balance: 7
Reason: Confidence Pact seems really strong once it's maxed. You can pretty much throw their main damage dealer away from you for 40 seconds. Then you have Sacred relics, if an enemy picks up the relic at level 3 he DIES. Just flat out dies, no questions asked.
Viability: 7
Reason: I know he described Baldwin's role as both a carry and a support. But I feel as though half of his abilities are designed for a support and half are designed for a carry with little compromise in each area.
Lore: 8
Reason: Really great story all in all however there are some grammer and spelling errors. But I love the way your story came out.
Originality: 9
Reason: Oh man this hero gushes originality. It's just an awesome take on some popular abilities. I just think some of them require fine tuning.
Hero: Thelon, Sentinel of the Night (by ThreadOfFate)
Balance: 9
All in all Thelon feels balanced in his abilities with backfire effects similar to Legion Commander.
Viability: 8
Reason: All of abilities have good use in the competitive scene for a powerful carry. However I feel the innate passive that deals extra damage to dire heroes feels like a lore addition and not in-game usability.
Lore: 8
Reason: I really liked the tie in to the Dota 2 universe. As someone who is well versed in the lore of the dota universe I admired this. However, the last paragraph didn't make much sense to me
Originality: 7
Reason: Heavy Bolt seems a lot like a cross between Powershot and Shackleshot. Mark of the Sentinel seems like a rehashed Amplify Damage. slightly reworking abilities does not spark originality.
Hero: Onslaught (by Unscathed)
Balance: 8
Ultimately, the character does seemed balanced with all of his abilities, and the backfire effect of the ultimate also balances out its powerful buffs. Well made.
Viability: 8
Reason: I can see this hero being a powerful initiator like Wraith King. You go in first, soak up the majority of the enemies attacks, rebirth, and as you said "proceed to wreck face."
Lore: 7
A little too short. Some of the tie ins felt less than stellar and there are a few grammer errors.
Originality: 7
Reason: Hellfire Blade seems like a melee version of burning spears. Engulf Self is pretty much Flame Guard without the increased evasion.
Hero: Einbeita, the Constellation's Friend (by TheSofa)
Balance: 7
Reasons: Celestial blessing seems too strong to have a 30 second cooldown an only cost 100/90/80/70.
Viability: 6
Reasons: Even with a strong ultimate like multi-task this hero is super susceptible to stuns and the like. I feel BKB would be necessary on this hero every game.
Lore: 9
Reasons: I like this, like a lot. It has the Silencer/Rubick/Invoker type vibe and I really liked the language that was played around with. Really well done.
Originality: 9
Reasons: I really like the whole idea of a channel based hero and That ultimate seems really interesting. I like it a hell of a lot. So many cool combos you can pull off.

5678... Beautiful numbers here. This hero is too... powerful IMO. Toooo many disables, basically he can chain disables (no escape and cannot cast any spell) multiple heroes for 10 seconds or single hero for 13 seconds and he can do so again due to low cooldown of most skill. He can also farm all the camp easily because of his Level 1 Nature Transmutation, just place all of them on hard-to-reach spot and he can have atleast 500 golds every minutes. A caster with huge mobility, amazing disables, **** enemies' positioning (a barrier that can blocks blink!?), powerful initiation skills, and resurrection is... Well, at least his skill cap are quite high, but I can sense a lot of nerfs are coming. A very interesting lore, however there are some grammar mistakes.

I kinda like this hero! He's a tanky caster like Tiny, with very useful skill but limited by naturally small manapool. Magnetic Pulse(pull) is a little too powerful because it comes with 300 nuke, 45% movement speed slow and pull everyone to him to set-up his W. Magnetic Pulse(push) will only destroy all trees within 250 radius so it's pretty easy for him to push enemy hero into trees and lock their movement. Static Field's active is somewhat weak, it's like holding a voild stone for 6 seconds. give it an overtime mana regeneration like 50/100/150/200 for 8 seconds could be more useful. Lastly, the lore... Well, why do I think of Ironman?
Hero 1: Baldwin, the Masked King
B: 7.5
V: 5
L: 6.5
O: 8
Notes: It's an interesting concept. He has quite heavy debuffing capabilities, and to counteract that he does quite little damage on his own. Vice versa, that's why i don't like it that much. Even Crystal Maiden has reliable damaging abilities, and his best method of contribution is incredibly unreliable. His ult requires him to die, and it might not even work if an enemy can stop an ally from picking up the relics.
Hero 2: Zorch, the Necro-Mechanic
B: 9
V: 7
L: 9
O:8
Notes: I enjoyed this one, but later on in the game he is a little less viable. Not for lack of damage, but later on fights might break out almost constantly, leaving him little to no chance to gather his Body Parts, nerfing his damage by quite an amount.
Hero 3: Onslaught
B: 8
V: 7.5
L: 6
O: 8.5
Notes: Not much to note here. His skills do their intended job well enough, but the lore is a little lackluster and...I don't know, i just don't particularly like this idea. I don't know why.
Hero 4: Einbeta, the Constellation's Friend
B: 9
V: 8
L: 7.5
O: 8
Notes: Now i do like this one. Yeah, he does quite amazing damage, but it is all affected by the time of day, and is INCREDIBLY vulnerable until bkb is purchased, or level 3 ult is reached. Not to mention the concept of an all-channelling hero. Me likey.

B: 2 (broken Q duration, stupidly high movespeed, poor scaling on W. This hero is basicly auto win fights with Q, use when lose no use when win

- very very broken potential to never die even from level 3. The total ways this hero can survive make it on par with puck but even worse because if breaks the 4th wall in that you lose control of your hero. What does this mean? Can they cast spells like a bot? I dont see this hero being anywhere close to balance without a rehaul of his w and e and r.
Viability: 6
- could work though with a lot of nerfs. Like t even be viable unless they wrote whole new programs for uncontrolled in game short duration bot heroes.
Originality:10

hero 2: Synthic:
-balance: 6. Self damage good limiter, but ulti a bit too good
-viability: 5. Too much self damage, even with rez. Too easy to kill befoire he can ult, if he's using abilities.
-lore: 7. Cool idea, using some ancient lore that we haven't seen in a while, if ever
-originality: 7. Kinda feels like invoker, but not enough to hamper the concept. The way the rez is done is cool, and the abilities all feel new and exciting.
Hero 3: Seekur
-balance: 2. Ult + Time-Out + Refresher = OP as ****.
-viability: 9. Literally unkillable, and with a massive AoE nuke. NOPE, 3 STRONK 5 ME.
-lore: 7. The concept of the child of Weaver is really cool, and it fits well with the time-changing shenanigans.
-originality: 5. While pretty original, the ideas were largely taken from The Edge of Tomorrow, as he said. So I can't give too many points here.
Aidan, the Thaumaturge
B: 7
Hard to say if it is balanced. Damages, Debuff Times and Cooldowns are fine. But the possibility of being able to be a multi-hero can make it broken sometimes.
O: 9
Quite original. The problem is that some skills are very similar to other heroes spells. No other problem, otherwise.
I: 8
Hard to say, again; it can fit a lot of situations due to its change of skillsets, can fit anywhere.
L: 8
Good, fits the game lore, no problems with it.
Hal'abret the Shield Breaker
B: 8
A multi-damage right-clicker. Pure and Physical. Guard Crush is a little broken, I think. 0 armor bkb piercing debuff? Quite a lot. The rest is fine, Armor Conversion is really nice, btw.
O: 9
Overall concept of the skills is new to the game, except by the Q. Really good.
I: 8
A good carry. Maybe not the best in terms of mobility, something really needed this days, but very fine.
L: 9
Good, nice, well written, fits the game lore.

So much scalability. This ain't LoL dudes.I took the liberty of calculating this hero's strength gain :3 per level. His starting strength 24.
After some math, i concluded that this guy has 109 strength at level 25.
That itself comes to about 380 damage and a 2 second stun on a 11 second cooldown. And god knows what this skill's radius/range is.
Hero 2 Hal'abret the Shield Breaker
Balance:4/10
Originality:7/10
In-game usability:7.5/10

This amount of scalability is not fair.Just stack attributes and win game. Not to mention his ability to bring the enemy carry to 0 armor and the opponent team's armor to the lower 10's with ease.OP.
Divine shield is not well explained, to say nothing about his ability to have 6 seconds god-mode.The synergy between skills is just not there. No stun?dude you hold a shield you just need to bash faces in :/
B: 6 (massive cc issue, broken 30 sec aegis, HORRENDOUS cast range)
O: 9 (creative)
V: 6.5 (need to cc enemy, no proper AoE, greedy supp (if is support))

Uncathed, please allow me to have a word with you.
The fact that he has no CC is not a balance issue. There are many heroes in the game currently that do not have any form of stuns etc.
Celestial Blessing is not a Thirty second aegis. The enemy can wait for your channel to end or stun you.
The whole reason there is not CC is to make it viable, combining with other heroes with a stun. Again, not all heroes have AOE.
