This is really obivious but i'll say it anyway. Troll Warlord, Bane and few other heroes don't have any sets because their model hasn't been released to the work shop.

I got the ice look for Morphling, it's not bad.

But I'll agree, some heroes get all the stuff, and others are left in the dust. There are like, 20+ outfits for Drow Ranger, but heaven help you if you want something for Tinker.
