Ok, I admit, my last hero idea was a fail. But this time, (hopefully) I've thought through much of it, and hopefully Yzreel can give me some tips again! :D

Faction: Radiant
Primary Attribute: Intelligence Strength: 25 + 1.9 Intelligence: 27 + 2.4 Agility: 19 + 2
Base movement speed: 290
Attack Range: 130 (is that normal melee?)
BAT: 1.9 {Q}: Feel the Pain!
Damage is magical, does not pierce spell immune
Active, target ground.
Yehoshua causes the area to be cursed, so that a percentage of any damage taken in any point of the area to be shared to others in the area.
The damage is shared after reductions (armour, magic resistance etc.)
Yehoshua causes the pain of one to be felt in the others.{W}: Laughter is contagious
Active, no target.
Yehoshua starts laughing, slowing himself by 40/35/30/25% while causing nearby enemies to be mini-stunned, then slowed for a period of time.
When Yehoshua starts laughing, everyone else can't help but laugh as well!{E}: Sharing is Caring!
Passive
If Yehoshua heals an ally in any way, including auras, items, and abilities, he receive bonus for a while.
Bonus mana regen: 1/2.5/4/5.5
Bonus Movement speed: 5/8/11/15%
Blessed is the one who gives{R}: Sharing Circle!
2 parts: Active, target enemy, then Active, target ground.
Yehoshua either:
selects an enemy, and stores the first 1/2/3 debuffs, or
selects an ally, and stores the first 1/2/3 buffs.
Store duration: 90
Mana cost: 300/250/200
Cooldown: 90
Sharing time! {D}: Draw circle
At any point in time, Yehoshua can use the sub-ability 'draw circle' to create a circle on the ground. This circle will use the same buffs/debuffs that Yehoshua stored with Sharing Circle.
If an ally's buffs were stored, then any ally that walks through the circle will receive those buffs for 3 seconds
If an enemy's debuffs were stored, then any enemy that walks through the circle will receive those debuffs for 5 seconds.
You can only walk through the circle once and receive the buffs/debuffs.

Oh and Yzreel, not a bait this time, but still, fire away!
Well, first off the skills scale... well, not at all to be honest. They all scale pretty badly, the E doesn't even scale at all, why would I put any other skill points into that (that is presuming it is skilled up, but then this would mess up scaling of the hero}? The Q scales the best but even still, if I had the choice to level up a different skill, I would. The W is really good at level 1, but as a consequence scales horribly, you reduce the self slow duration by a tiny 3 seconds for 4 skill points. I think you need to make the W be worse at level 1 (aka slows enemies for less) but eventually it will scale up to say,60% or something, I dunno, which will make skill points worthwhile.
Bunkan... This was meant to be supportish... meaning not a whole lot of levels. I'll see what I can do about it though.
Unscathed: Q is NOT fatal bonds. If you read it carefully, you would have known that it's an aoe that shared among the aoe, it doesn't follow the hero. Just to mess up positioning. What does 'ummmm...' mean?

Tbh even though supports will get less levels on most occasions, you NEED to have scaling no matter what, or you won't have any progression into the mid game at all. Take other supports into account, Io for example, has good support abilities, but they all scale well, and there is one skill you level over the other on most occasions.

When i say that i mean a Fatal Bonds ripoff. Ehh, sure messing positioning sounds interesting but i still find it similiar to fetel bunds.
