Tinker: Aghanim's Scepter becomes an active item like Dagon. Agh deals damage and stuns opponents.
Damage: 250/300/350
Duration: 1/2/3 seconds
Cooldown: Somewhere between 20-50 seconds. It really doesn't matter.

Track: Tracked units take 300%/400%/500%% damage from Jinada.

Relocate: No longer tells the opponent where Io is going to relocate. Decreases cooldown to 50/40/30 seconds.

ok so heres my one im thinking is needed

aghs for Ember spirit

increases number of spirits from 3 to 5 and adds sub ability target single spirit now ember can jump to a selected spirit instead of all of them.

I WILL DESTROY YOU ALL.... WITH FLUFFY BUNNIES

Heh. Heh.

Tinker: Nice Idea but Stun not necessary? Or else tinker won't need to buy blink. Anyways I think its too long.

Bounty Hunter: Yay I'll add some boost to the duration and speed.

Io: I think no one actually will buy that for that just bit of upgrade though.

Well Nice, but do you think you should boost some of the damage or duration? 'cause the upgrade is weak compared to other ones.
