So I was playing a game with a Necrophos today.

Their Troll Warlord had taken Aegis, afterwards we managed to take a teamfight and burn Aegis. Then the thought occurred to me. Currently Necro's ultimate Reaper's Scythe adds an extra 30 seconds onto an opponents respawn timer if they are killed under the effect of the Scythe. So what if Reaper's Scythe added on an extra 30 seconds to the respawn timer of an Aegis carrier? All of a sudden your Aegis carrier would be stuck for 35 seconds, unable to do anything.
