The Phantasm ( I realise the theme is kinda similar to spectre, just dwi ;) )

Intelligence 16 | Gain: 1.7
Armour: 3
Movement Speed: 300



Q) Cloaked Terror, (Passive)

Blocked by BKB.

The Phantasm's ghastly cloak frightens foes who attack it, causing them to run away uncontrollably.
Enemies that are feared will be slowed.

Chance to fear: 30%/35%/40%/45%
Duration: 2
Slow: 20%/25%/30%/35%

Cooldown: 5/4.5/4/3.5

W) Delusional, (AoE) (Affects Enemies) (No Target)

Magic Damage. Blocked by BKB. Not Blocked by Linkens Sphere.

The Phantasm's mere precence causes enemies to go insane, slowly losing mental stability.
All afflicted targets will be slowed and will take damage over time, once the slow duration ends, affliced targets
will be temporarily stunned. Affects targets in an area around Phantasm.

Area of effect: 275
Damage per second: 25/50/75/100
Duration: 3
Slow: 10%/15%/20%/25%
Stun Duration: .5

Cooldown: 17 Mana: 110/115/120/125

The Phantasm reaches into another plain, pulling back many apparitions of itself to confuse and combat enemies.
Illusions possess Cloaked Terror, but only have a 15% chance of triggering it.

Illusion Damage Taken: 300%/275%/250%/225%
Duration: 5

Cooldown: 23 Mana: 75

R) HALLUCINATION, (Target Enemy Hero) (Cast Range: 500)

Pure Damage. Not Blocked by BKB. Blocked by Linkens Sphere.

The Phantasm delves deep into the target enemy's mind, planting frightning hallucinations in their brain.
Afflicted unit will spawn illusions of any nearby unit, hero or non hero, which will attack the afflicted unit first,
or attack the closest hero in range. Illusions are uncontrollable and only a certain number of illusions can spawn
at any given time, hero illusions will be prioritized for spawning, and then non hero units. There will be a delay of
1 second before another illusion spawns.

Spawn Delay: 1
Max Illusions: 5/6/7
Illusion Damage: 50%/60%/70%
Illusion Damage Taken: 200%/180%/160%

Cooldown: 100 Mana: 100/120/140
