You are not matched with people who calibrate when you do. You just get matched with people of the similar skill system thinks you have.
This is often very inaccurate so "TBD" guys often ruin games.
They don't my friends..
You never had a tbd guy who had a higher skill ceiling tha an yours?
There are still players at higher Level who haven't calibrated because they know how it works. And calibration games put you progressively Against better players if you win
I stopped playing Ranked because all of my games were just terrible. After reading the 1st post by Bunkansee I decided to have another try and the experience was Painful (with a capital P!). Safe lane Void with Queen of Pain! Mid Storm Spirit who got pwned by Silencer while I played solo support Ogre with BB off lane. Mid and Safe lost their lanes hard. I spent all my money on support items but they still complained for wards even though they were on cool down. We get smashed in a team fight but it's not their fault, it's the Support's. The BB couldn't tank and got killed easily but was trying and the Void seemed OK but the Storm and QoP had real bad attitudes, like everyone needed to "get on their level" or some BS. They flamed all game. Of course we have probably seen this in normal Pubs but some people just seem to be particularly Toxic when there is precious ranked points on the line. Needless to say I won't be playing Ranked anymore, especially after playing well and having GG's in normal Pubs for the rest of the weekend. Big TY to all the ppl I gamed with! Commends all round! <3
