Shadow Fiend: Necromastery now has a soul cap of 20/28/36/44.

Lifestealer: Upon emerging from an Infested unit, Lifestealer gains bonus movement speed equal to 30% of the infested unit's speed for 8 seconds. (Hopefully this makes him harder to kite)

Spectre: Illusions of Spectre now have Dispersion.

Lone Druid: The bonus HP of being in True Form is now conferred upon Lone Druid's Spirit Bear.

Don't spectre illusions already have dispersion?

Nope, only Desolate. Illusions stopped having Dispersion in 6.64, or something.

Slark: Duration of Shadow Dance increased to 5 seconds, cool-down reduced to 60/45/30. Also increases Essence Shift duration to 30/60/120/200 seconds and steals an additional 1 stat from the target's main stat.
Legion Commander: Duel makes her magic immune and automatically grants Press the Attack to her for Duel's duration. Also, the credit for the kill always goes to Legion Commander and if the Dueled unit dies! it refreshes all her cool-downs other than Duel.
Nyx Assassin: Vendetta cool-down changed to 60/50/40 seconds, mana cost reduced to 100, stuns for 1 second on breaking invisibility. Bonus move-speed increased to base 30%, and critical strike effects the bonus damage as well.
Batrider: May now blink/teleport with units that have Flaming Lasso on them.
Bloodseeker: Rupture deals 40/60/80% of distanced traveled, lasts 9/12/15 seconds
Sniper: Assassinate's cool-down reset on targeted unit's death. Deals pure damage, and applies Headshot for 0.75 seconds after hit. Undisjointable.

Isn't Rupture's duration always 12 seconds?

Yes, but this reduces it first level (it needs to be reduced anyways) but makes it last longer at Max level, when you actually buy an aghianim's scepter.
