LOL Either way, TB is going to be everywhere in TI5, simply because of his absurd dps, farm capability, and really, the strength of his ultimate should never be underestimated.
I've suggested this often but I may have a way to change Terrorblade.
Currently, his ult is pretty boring and meh. If you're winning, you usually don't need it, and if you're losing, it doesn't do much. Only if the game is really close is it actually good.
Therefore, my suggestion is:
Q: Unchanged.
W: Unchanged.
E: He gets Zeal, his old passive back - giving 2/3/4/5 bonus HP regen and 20/30/40/50 bonus attack speed to him and his illusions. Base HP regen nerfed to compensate.
R: Sunder is removed. Metamorphosis is now his ult, rebalanced a bit - 140s cooldown, 50/60/70s duration, 60/80/100 bonus damage. Doesn't reduce speed now. Otherwise unchanged.
A bit of a nerf to his kill potential in lane, but a buff to his farming speed and lategame DPS. Probably an overall buff. May make hero imba, but if Sunder is the problem, well, that's solved.
There are two kinds of people in the world; those who can count, and those who can't.
Well yeah, a lot of agi heroes can rosh early with helm and attack speed. But as Tim said, Helm isn't that great on him. TB, like Naga, is all about that farm. He can already use illusions to stack, so Helm isn't really what you need on him. If you were going a fighting build instead of farming, yeah Helm might be decent for the buildup into Satanic.
But yeah, I didn't mean to say that you CAN'T Rosh with him, it's just not that common with his playstyle since it revolves around illusions that die as soon as the touch Rosh.

This would probably make him even more overpowered in the laning phase: all that HP/s means he can jungle from about level 5 with ease; having Metamorphosis at 6, 11 and 16 only nerfs his early killing potential (which isn't that high anyway) since the "ranged" upside for the laning phase is balanced with extra regen as said before. Sunder is more of a placeholder to me: a nuke, stun or passive would make him even more overpowered than he is now. I guess Icefrog didn't come up with a good idea and opted for a random skill that doesn't synergize with the others, which isn't necessarily a bad decision if you want to keep the Hero balanced.
I like the playstyle of the hero and his model and all, but imo the heros mechanics are poorly designed. 140 second CD on a NON-ultimate spell is just ******** and sunder really is somewhat of a lackluster.... i liked it when he still had his Lifedrain too, since there acutally was some skill synergy - Sunder on its own just feels out of place to me.
Edit: i have to agree wit those who say, that Metamorphosis should be his ultimate. Being able to push a tower at level 5 or 3 even, while the enemy literlly CANT trade hits with you is ridiculous.
