by harnessing the rays the sun provides Kai is able to turn them in the way of incoming blades and weapons. he twists them in such a way that sometimes he can both block the weapon and blind the attacker using it.
Kai has a 12/15/17/23% chance to reflect 50% of any physical damage done to him.
when he does the attacker is disarmed for a 2/3/3/4 second duration.

seeming to force his way into a light beam Kai is able to leap across the battle field at will. and when he arrives at his duration he bursts from the light beam with a fracturing of the beam that causes enemies close to be disoriented.
Kai jumps 600/700/800/1000 distance to target point at both points enemies within a 150 radius are slowed for 10/12/14/16% ms.

after a long charge duration of 5 seconds Kai burts around a 600 radius hitting all units multiple times 4/5/7 he deals damage and reduces their magic resistance by a percentage as the suns own blade damages them.
Helio Blade has a really long charge time... possibly too much so, it can probably be avoided easily, and considering the large charge time it doesn't do a whole lot. 240 aoe damage after 6 seconds? I know there is the magic resist reduction but still. At lvl 16 the ult damage would be okay, but the long charge time still hampers the skills effectiveness. Heck even Sun Punch deals more damage at lvl 3 than his lvl 1 ultimate WITH charge time. I just feel it doesn't have enough power.
