{Q}: Accelerando (No target)
Nearby allied heroes and units will have their movement and attack speed increased by 2/5/8/12% each second, for up to 6 seconds

Lestian quiets nearby enemy heroes, causing enemy spells to deal 10/20/30/40 less damage for 6 seconds.

{E} Tutti (Passive and active)
[Passive]: For every allied hero or unit within a 600 radius of Lestian, Lestian gains .1/.3/.5/.7 mana regeneration.
[Active]: Allows Lestian to dominate 1/1/2/3 creeps. Dominated creeps are given +10 mana regen. The more musicians you have, the better you sound.
{R}: Lullaby
Lestian sings a lullaby, placing a debuff on all enemies within a 1000/2500/Global range to slowly fall asleep. Enemy units will have their movement and attack speed slowed and will fall asleep after 6 seconds. Enemy units that are asleep are stunned and take 5/15/30% more physical damage.
Movement and attack speed slow: 10/15/20% increasing per second.
Sleep duration: 1/1.75/2.75
Mana cost: 150
Cooldown: 90
I feel like Accelerando is not strong enough. I mean, 2% speed increase for 3 seconds means it's a measly 6% movement speed bonus, which lasts only for a brief moment. At level 4, the total speed increase is 12%... I suggest that you keep the duration at 6 seconds but make the speed scale like 2/3/4/5%. Then at least the speed bonus will be significant and it will be worth 6 full seconds with the amount of speed you and your team are getting.
Pianissimo suffers from the same problem. Perhaps it could be a flat 20% magic damage reduction in an area instead of a scaling one, and perhaps you can make it deal damage to enemies who cast or slow them.
Tutti is something like a holy conversion, and I'm assuming the dominated creeps are permanent, too. The +10 mana regen is kinda nift for spamming their abilities, and each creep around you increases your mama regeneration. I kinda like the idea.
Lullaby has a 500 mana cost??!!?!!!!?!!?! Pls maek it 200/250/300 plssssss sofaa

This hero doesn't need that much intelligence since his/her spells cost very little mama (except for your current version of Lullaby, which costs way too much :P). I suggest lowering the base intelligence and intelligence gain by a little bit.
I feel like the ult has a pretty unjustified mana cost. You wouldn't be able to use the spell most time because of it's ridiculous mana cost. Although yes, it is an aoe slow and stun (although after 6 seconds) you wouldn't be able to cast this much early game since your mana pool will presumably be hardly able to sustain it. Think Crystal Maiden, what is the reason many people don't skill her ult (including me) until about lvl 11? It's because it has a very high mana cost, and you can't sustain the ult in tandem with her other skills. Her ult also slows in an aoe and deals damage. Although your hero has MUCH higher stats and growth than her it still seems a little over the top. Other than this I feel you need to balance her a little better, many of her skills are not very good in terms of power and I feel she needs a big buff.
Like maybe pianissimo scales in % better, since even a 20% reduction of magic damage isn't much. Make her skills a little more powerful, maybe even add extra effects, she just needs a little more punch if you know what I mean.
