You know you're in the scrub tier when...
People think Dark Seer, Pugna and Necrophos are supports, but Tusk, Abaddon and Nyx Assassin are not.
Io builds a Helm of the Dominator and a Daedalus.
Enchantress afk farms jungle for 25 minutes.
Legion Commander, Axe, Bloodseeker or Wraith King refuses to go to the lane and jungles from level 1 instead.
Razor builds a Vanguard and Battle Fury.

What's with the BF Razors? I though ranged heroes don't get cleave?

When...
Techies spend first 25 mins of the game mining the sideshop.
You ask supports to buy wards and they reply "I'll buy them, but you gotta place them"
You ask for a gank mid and your team replies "Only mid player can gank"

I once played with an Omniknight whose first item before boots was Shiva Guard.
The recipe. It was his first item.

And I've seen a Lucifer Doom the Warlock Golem before. When asked to explain, they responded among the lines of "It needs to die".

Recently played with a Tidehunter that bought Vanguard. When he was told that it doesn't stack with his passive, he chose not to skill his passive :S

Actually, since he already bought it anyway... That's actually a good idea... I think.
