After difficult games on Invoker or other heroes that need a lot of positioning my mouse hand tends to start hurting a bit. It's not a very intense or sharp pain, but it's still noticable. Usually when that happens I take a break.

Anyone else got this too? Usually I only got this from playing shooters, but now recently also from dota.

I got an ache in my hand when I was playing dota too long. I'm pretty sure just having a break for awhile or something will dull the pain.

I once got it when I bought a new mouse, but now it hasn't happened. I think it's just that you have to find an ergonomic position for your hand and keep your muscles relaxed enough. I also get it from playing piano, just can't play relaxed enough >.<

Get a mouse pad with a wrist support. Helps a bit at least.

And when you feel pain in your wrist, PLEASE DO TAKE A BREAK. There is a chance of you developing a carpal tunnel syndrome and that prevents it at least a little.

And no pain in wrist from playing DoTA 2 but when you play similar but better games like League of Legends... Well. Pain :^)

And when I play violin of course (depends on the tempo though)
