Now, as for this guide... You've gone for an old style build by going for a jungle that rushes Vladimir's Offering and then does Roshan, you just need a and 2 levels in and , though a is pointless unless jungling, and I've played a couple of games where my team will help tank hits until I have a couple of stacks with on Roshan and then leave so I get ALL of that delicious gold and exp :P

I like the spell and item build. Add in offensive items because benefits so much from it. is a good cheap item to be added. It would be good to have it against a . is also 's best friend but the problem is that she is not a viable pick anymore. who can slow down the enemy 50% and let finish the job.

Nice guide however a few things I like to do;
1. build early game as the slow allows you to keep hitting people easier
2. 1 point in aftershock before lvl 6; stacked with it allows you to pummel them whilst they try to run away.
