Seeing all of the cool ideas being posted recently really sparked my interest to make new ideas, so here is my latest one, criticisms welcome. (Yzreel, you still haven't criticized any of my ideas yet D:)
Mizu, the Water Morpher.
Deep within the Taki caverns, there is a small pool of water, Mizu, a fantastic mage trains there in an effort to sharpen her skills at a legendary art, known as Water Morphing. Water Morphers have the power to bend the form of water, in order to change things around them, they can blast foes with water, create deceiving copies of themselves, and manipulate water to create strange happenings around them, Mizu is the best trained Water Morphers there is, and the constant training within the Taki caverns has only sharpened her skills more.
Mizu is a Radiant ranged agility hero, which excels at escaping, disabling, dealing heavy damage and being in the center of the action. Health: 510 Mana: 250 Strength: 20 Agility (Primary Attribute!): 24 Intelligence: 18 Movement Speed: 290 Armour: 3
Q) Shimmering Wall: (Target area)
Mizu morphs a wall of shimmering water, which pushes forwards all allies that walk through, and stuns all enemies that walk through.
During her studies as a water morpher, Mizu learned to shape deceptive walls.
Width: 600
Stun: 1/1.5/2/2.5
Push Distance: 500/550/600/650
Duration: 4
Mana: 80/90/100/110 Cooldown: 15/14/13/12
(please tell me what you think of this one (W), it might need to be tinkered with.)
W)Water Orbs: (No Target) (AoE)
Mizu morphs four orbs of water which hover around her, while these orbs are active, Mizu gains move speed and attack speed. If the skill is activated again, you can fire an orb to a target area, dealing AoE damage, and slowing. Each orb that is thrown decreases the passive stats by ¼.
Mizu has learned to craft damaging orbs, which she can fire off at enemies at high speeds.
Movement speed: 10%/15%/20%/25%
Attack Speed: 25/35/45/55
Slow: 10%
Radius: 250
Damage: 20/40/60/80
Duration: 20
Mana: 100/125/150/175 Cooldown: 20/18/16/14
E) Death Morph: (Passive)
If Mizu dies in battle, she will leave behind a deceiving copy of herself. Death messages and gold bounties will be delayed for the enemy for a short time. If Mizu kills an enemy with her copy, she will reduce her spawn time by some seconds.
Damage Dealt: 70%/80%/90%/100%
Damage Received: 200%/180%/160%/140%
Gold Bounty and Death Message Delay: 4
Respawn Time Reduction: 20%
R) Aqua Metamorphosis:
Mizu transforms her body into water, taking reduced damage (only from attacks, not spells) and moving faster for a time.
If she dies in this form, she leaves behind three death morphs. During this form, the damage from water orbs deals ¼ x more damage.
Damage Reduction: 15%/25%/35% (scepter: 40%)
Movement Speed: 20%/25%/30% (scepter 35%)
Duration: 10
Mana: 200/250/300 Cooldown: 80/70/60
This hero is really interesting, especially Death Morph. I assume that it appears with full health after your death.
Shimmering Wall is a skill that, when cast at the right time and place, can aid allies and destroy enemies. But, like Power Cogs, it can screw up your own teammates as well. Mana costs are a bit too high though, considering her base intelligence is really low. (not sure about intelligence gain)
If each Water Orb fired does 330 damage, she can kill any hero almost instantaneously in the early game. Even 150 damage at level 1 is nothing to scoff at. This is what I think, but I don't fully understand the skill yet. Could you enlighten me with a better explanation of what the skill does? Is it something like Fire Spirits?
Death Morph is a nice passive that is sort of good in the late game if you have damage items. But then again, a spell revolving around your own death is rather unreliable (excluding Reincarnation). The respawn time reduction also does not scale well into the late game, when everyone requires more than a minute to respawn. Not sure what I think of this one to be honest, but it is interesting nonetheless.
I'm really not sure about the viability of Aqua Metamorphosis for the same reason as Death Morph. Though there are other bonuses, to fully utilize this spell, you'd have to die, and nobody would like to give up their godlike spree.
I'll give my suggestions once I get more information :).

The water orbs deal far too much damage, I just noticed, but they work almost exactly like Fire Spirits. Death Morph might need some tweaking too, I just thought it might be kinda good to confuse enemies, shoud I buff the respawn reduction or? And also, Aqua Metamorphosis really wasn't the kind of ultimate I had hoped for on this hero, I really screwed up on that one, but I just couldn't think of anything else. Anyway thanks for the reply, I'm going to nerf the water orbs, too much damage.

I think you should buff the duration of the illusion to 6/8/10/12 and give the illusion the current level 4 attributes for all levels. Then increase the respawn time reduction to something like 20% (no scaling, I know, but otherwise this skill would be quite useless at level one)?
I'll try to think of a new ultimate to replace this one if you really don't like it :).
I think that this is a cool hero but sounds a little too much like morphling in terms of morphing water and making herself into water and illusions and such...

Well, sure. But pretty much none of the abilities have anything in common. The only thing that is similar is the Death Morph, but even that is completely different. Sure the concept of her being able to morph water is similar, but the abilities and playstyle is completely different.
