Once used to slay Goliath, David now uses it in combat.

Enemies within a 300 radius have their movement speed slowed by 2/4/6/8%, and will slow 2x as much if they are a higher level than David.

Miniaturize

David temporarily reduces the target unit's stats to what they were 3/5/8 levels earlier for 3 seconds

It seems like a great idea. One thing though. If you used the ultimate at level 6 (level 1 ultimate), against an enemy who was level 7 for example, surely if it changed their stats to what they were at level 10, it would be increasing their stats.

David > All strength heroes and over-leveled midlaners hahaha

MINIATURIZE = OUCH quite OP during the late game when you have enough items to 1-shot level 1 opponents. However, this skill has no use at level 6, its just giving them more stats, but I guess that's how you're going to balance it.

All of them. The fact that you come up with such cool heroes inspired me. Same goes for the others

Some stats have been changed to rebalance his ulti.

Imagine ulti+ Dagon 5 :D
I feel like he would be played a bit like Morphling 1-shotting people.
