After 120 hours of playing i feel bad.

why don't you try playing a support, if you can play a support your team will more often than not win low level matches (unless you feed) and once you can play a support you can try other heroes with your new skills. I think that's the best way to get into dota as just playing carries isn't a great idea...at..all.
