Guys i played a game where Rubick stole Razor's plasma blast, it was fun to watch.
I am wondering what will happen if rubick steals static link and both Razor and rubick use it on each other??

will both their damage drop to zero or something else?

They'll both receive the Damage Buff and Debuff, so their Damage won't end up any different...unless either the Buff or Debuff on one or both of them gets Purged.
