Has anyone seen/heard any more on just when the release date of this epic game is gonna be or has blizzard totally screwed everyone super hard?

DotA 2 is not a blizzard title, it's a Valve game. And No, no release date.

I know it is not a Blizzard title, but they are starting court proceedings to get rights to the DotA mark. I was just wondering if anyone had heard anymore info on whether or not that was really screwing with the DotA2 release

No, even if Valve doesn't get rights to the Dota title all they have to do is re-name it, to be honest.

Edit: Though that raises another question: What would they change it to? And could that affect this very site?

People who have the Beta can't complain this is probably the most playable beta I've ever seen to be honest ...

Learning the game still at the moment and the release date will come sooner or later.
