you can see him, so you can get closer, but he disappears, and can be a burst damage hero kinda with his q.

hmm....ok, since the key is the "1,2,3" i cant really think of any dota 2 hero ....but maybe "arc warden" from the original dota? ...you know....since his skill "spark wraith" takes 3 seconds to set up ?!

AHA! Ember Spirit!

I'm sure "keep your distance" and "coming near" have something to do with his 1st and 3rd skills, and the 3,2,1 refers to his Ulti's charges?

I'll go with Earthshaker:
3, You should keep your distance --> his third skill does AoE stun
2, Oh, so you're coming closer? --> close-range stun
1, It doesn't matter if you're near --> long range stun
Now witness my powerful dance of death! --> kinda forced, but it may refer to his ultimate?

That's my last guess.
