I was thinking about this. Since Gush gives -4 armor debuff + Medallion of Courage -6 debuff = -10 debuff. Don't forget about 50% Mana Regeneration + 6 Armor(when Valor is not active).
What ya thinking?

Medallion of Courage is always good on any Support that already has Amour Reduction, e.g. Tidehunter, Vengeful Spirit, Alchemist, etc. but on a Tidehunter, I would rather try to rush Arcane Boots and a Blink Dagger.

Yeah, the problem with Tide is that he's an initiator, so he really needs his Arcane Boots and Blink Dagger. But, especially if you're going to kill Roshan consistently, a Medallion of Courage can speed up your harass damage/kill potential and also lets you kill Roshan more quickly every time. It would be better for a Visage/ Vengeful Spirit to pick it up, but it's not a really bad choice.
