Im an avid listener of Dota Insight, and from what ive heard other than Sylar leaving LGD, another big move is Illidan leaving VP (2 other players too), and the big set of rumors surrounding Burning.
Burning confirmed before TI3 he was retiring, but later confirmed he wasnt leaving the scene, now theres rumors he may be replacing Sylar on LGD. Would keep them an upper echelon team, but the asian style of play has proven weak in the current metagame which quite obviously favors the better western teams, although Orange did a very good job adapting.
There was also mention of the Chinese teams may be participating in more tournaments through this coming year. They really dont have a lot of events in comparison to the Western teams, Liquid vs LGD proved this, a team constantly competing and improving that wouldnt have held a candle to LGD a year ago.
Lots of things happening that will make this coming season a bit more interesting.

illidan, crazy(tmw) and ksi were kicked I believe. Fact is that the chinese scene is stagnant since ACE doesnt give **** about dota because the head is from World Elite I belive and their dota team disbanded. The Chinese teams had 5 tournaments between the internationals while western teams compete in at least 10-15.
In other news Zenith down to two players only iceiceice and xFreedom are left. iceiceice had this to say about the rumors concerning Chuan joining Zenith
Quoted:
Stop asking me if Chuan is going to be joining Zenith. Chuan is not joining Zenith. Why would people assume Chuan is joining Zenith? Chuan is close to YamateH and Ice. Chuan is not close to the others, which is me, xFreedom or xy-, and YamateH isn't going to be in Zenith anymore.

That's the rumor anyway, and on Chinese dota, part of the reason they're stagnate is the teams were disallowed from most of the tournaments throughout the year, which means the western teams get better while the Chinese teams keep scrimming each other and don't necessarily adapt to the meta the western teams are playing, the play it safe and farm for late doesn't work anymore with as broad a hero pool as there is now. Tongfu and Orange adapted very well after what they experienced in the upper bracket.

Dendi's twitter says he's in a new team with Chuan and Iceiceice, he'll reveal the 2 remaining members tomorrow and that KuroKy is going back to mouz. The last one is understandable because apparently synderen didn't do that well with in game decisions.
The first two are contradicting with what people say about zenith though, and this is Dendi. This might be a huge troll but I suppose we should wait for his announcement.
I wouldn't doubt it, he'll there's a few rumored teams springing up
