Need SKILLED players for a team

Hey, Im K.B and im the Admin for the team called "TheUnbeatables" [T.U.B]. The team consists of 2 members at present and 3 slots are available. I am in need of good skilled players to join the team. Players who play support, mid and carry are encouraged.
Minimum requirements are :
1. Able to play regularily.
2. atleast 300 wins (level also depends).
3. Has a Mic to communicate.
4. Time zone matches with the rest of the players.

P.S - Need only serious players who take the team and its rules seriously.

probably a good idea to add your dotabuff, steam profile, and what time zone.
i would also add what time you play
don't base a person ability on wins - as some have come from D1 but haven't played enough d2 to reach your requirement. I've played with loads of players with huge number of d2 games, but still know nothing - and follow the same builds with their heroes every time..

yeh there are players who shifted from D1 to D2, but we need players with more experience in D2.

Check me out on dotabuff, I've had my good share of fails and successes but in a stable team setting I generally perform well.

I am a mildly experienced player, aspecially when it comes to playing in a team (I have 5 friends I play with almost every single day) and they aren't very good which means I cant use my support skills to the max.
