The description says it has a 35% chance to mini bash and deal 100 damage. However, it doesn't say whether it actually procs a momentary stun, despite the fact that it uses the term "bash." Can anyone clarify?

Whenever there is a " mini" in front of stun or bash, it means the mechanics are the same, just very short, so it does stun.

A ministun is a stun that is just long enough to interrupt the last order given on the hero it was applied on, this is good for interrupting channeling spells.
