I feel veil and rod are both good items for Skywrath Mage too.

A medallion is definatly underused and so powerfull. It has to be picked up by supports like Dazzle or Vengeful Spirit
(I cannot emphasize enough how incredibly "facemelting-pubstompin'-completely destroying" a Medallion of Courage is on Vengeful Spirit, together with a good physical dps'er. (F.e.: Drow Ranger, Sniper, etc)

Yeah, Medallion of Courage on Weaver or Slardar = Ouch.

Agreed, the Evasion is excellent on Supports whenever your Carry doesn't have any (e.g. no Phantom Assassin or Butterfly etc.), since no one is going to buy Monkey King Bar just to counter a Support's Items. The active is useful to have against Bash Heroes ( Spirit Breaker Faceless Void, etc.) to save your Allies, or yourself, from getting Stun-Locked.

I suppose the Slow can be useful too, if you can Proc it.

I usually get it on any Support if a game is going past the 40 minute mark (before 40 minutes though) and I'm worried about getting right-clicked to death, I suppose it isn't used much because most Support players tend to focus on Aghanim's Scepter or Carry Items at this point.
