I actually would like some opinions on how to improve my game-play.

omg - that line up... how the hell did you guys win with 4 carries.. :\

tbh, I haven't watch the replay - but you need to play a game with a proper lineup (not 3 heroes that take up role 1.. )
it also means the people you were against must have been terrible skill level.

ultimately - you need to play people better than you - and play against good players, that are using heroes you like. IE, if you like playing kunkka, play AGAINST a better kunkka - then watch the replay, see what he does differently, and implement your own version.

looking at your items, I assume you didn't get a bottle.. and didn't go mid.. Kunkka is a mid hero, as he needs the levels, and is an excellent ganker.. your build is ok - box standard kunkka build..

Thanks for the advice, I am relatively new to Dota 2 that's why I have posted this topic in the "new player help" post. XD

I must say that as a new player, it is not easy to find good teammates and rivals.
(Usually at this stage, everyone is fighting to play as a carry... which forces you to play other roles... I have also played games where nobody wants to buy courier or wards... sad...)

However, I do noticed that the players are more serious and competitive in Captain Mode.
