Goblin's Key

There was a rumor which told that there was a key that can open everything, including your virginity.

Effect:
+15 bonus stats to all attributes (passive)
Stealing one random item from your enemy (active)
Can be upgraded to 4 times

Note:
1st Purchase - can only steal items priced below 2000
1st upgrade - can steal items priced below 3000
2nd upgrade - can steal items priced below 4000
3rd upgrade - can steal items priced below 5000
4th upgrade - can steal all fckin items

1. The price level is total cost and counted on one item. For example, 4th level Goblin's Key can steal Desolator (4100), but can't steal Butterfly (6000)
2. Goblin's Key can not steal another Goblin's Key.
3. You can resell a stolen item (enemy's item) from Goblin's Key action, but it will be half-priced for the reselling. (okay, fine, I balance this fckin item!)
4. One Goblins Key for one hero. In other words, you can't lend it to your friend.
5. If you re-steal your stolen item, the chance of losing it again will be reduced by 20%, and the sell-priced will be doubled. For example, if someone steal your Divine Rapier (6200), and you reclaim your DR by Goblin's Key effect, you can sell your DR on 6200 price (normally 3100, right?). If someone somehow steal it again for the second time, and some-****ing-how you reclaim it again, you can sell your DR for 12400 gold.
6. It's stealing, dude. It doesn't mean that you have it for 20 secs, 30 secs, or 1 fckin hour. It means it belongs to you forever!

I kinda like this, Tho I think effectivly STEALING it would be harsh and unfair.
all tho if the item would be something more like Rubick's ultimate this could work.

F.e. using the item on an enemy hero, automatically turns the goblin key in a random/last used/sellectable slot/... item of the enemy hero for a limited time.

F.e. granting the bonusses and stas of a Heart of Tarrasque for about 120 sec, afterwords the bonus dissapears and you can use The Key again.

maybe even halving or nerfing the "stolen" item on the enemy. like halving the stats, or disabling passives and anctives

Its overpowered.Level 4 can steal everything,if you wait that much to use it, you can even steal Skadi or Rapier.Its just not good, and it also gives stats on its own.

of course it's OP. it's fun. lol
