Abilities
Q: Miracle Bount Ability- Target Affects- Allies
Darion soothes the target's mind and soul. Heals target for 150/200/250/300 health and increases target's movement speed by 25%/50%/75/100% and health regeneration by 15/30/45/60. There is a 25%/35%/45%/55% chance that the target becomes magic immune and 15%/20%/25%/30% chance that the target receives 15/15/20/25 bonus armoor. Lasts 5/5.5/6/6.5 seconds. However, there is a 25% chance that this will do nothing at all, wasting the cooldown and manacost.
Notes:
Can be cast on magic immune allied units.
Cannot be cast onto self.
W: Inner Fire Ability- Target Affects- Allies
Darion incites the target ally's rage and power. Increase target's damage by 40/60/80/100 and attack speed by 30/50/70/90. There is a 25%/35%/45%/55% chance to remove all of the target's negative buffs, 10%/15%/20%/25% chance to render the target's attacks deal 50% of damage as pure damage, and 15% chance to heal the target for 15%/20%/25%/30% of its total health. Lasts 5/5.5/6/6.5 seconds. However there is a 25% chance this spell will do nothing at all, wasting the cooldown and manacost.

E: Scepter of Purity Ability- Target/Passive Affects- Allies
Darion wields a legendary relic that causes nearby allies to gain 5%/6%/7%/8% bonus movement speed and 0.5/1/1.5/2 mana regeneration. The scepter can also be used to purify an ally, removing all negative buffs and stuns of the target allied unit and grants it maximum movement speed for 2/2.5/3/3.5 seconds.
Notes:
Cannot be cast on magic immune allied units.
R: Divinity State Ability- No Target Affects- Self
Darion goes into a state of near perfection, greatly empowering his abilities. During in this state, the cooldown of his spells are reduced by half and their manacost is reduced by 45/90/135 and his spells no longer have a chance of failing and their cast range is increased by 350/525/700. Also, instead of just affecting one unit, his spells now affect both the target and the nearest allied hero within 500 radius of the target. This state lasts 10/14/18 seconds.
Cooldown: 60/54/48 Manacost: 250/500/800
Scepter Upgradeable: Decreases cooldown to 50/34/18, decreases manacost to 250/450/650

Thanks. Any ideas so that I can make the Hero better?
Well, you could remove the damage buff from his first skill, as your second skill already increases damage. His second skill should not have a speed buff and mana buff, as his first third skill already has it. As compensation, his first and second skill's effects can be buffed a bit. The rest is fine :)
He is very luck based, but it does balance his fairly OP abilities a bit to have a chance to fail.
The ulti's cost seemed too high, but I think its justified because it removes the weakness of his spells. All in all its a pretty interesting hero, in the spirit of Ogre Magi.
