So all my games so far nice and enjoyable no one was horrible personality wise (skill wise eh), people were nice and helpful. The other team were only saying "nice blackhole" when you catch all 5 of them in it, and worst playful banter like "Jukes" when someone evades. However last night I felt like I logged into Xbox live with people putting up swastika in all chat, using N word, stuff they will do to my mom, etc.

Everyone experiences something similar to your experience and nothing can change that since this is pretty much a world of different personalities. There are always the good and bad days, nothing to worry about, they come and go.
