Its hard to find a party of 5 that are always on at the same time, or friends to play PC games, let alone DoTA2. Its just not as simple as playing with people you know.

You should either switch to US servers (I bet you come from Europe, as the majority of Russians play there) or ask in Dota 2 chat channels like "purgegamers" (the Dota channel of Purge), which is always full of people willing to play.

Otherwise, join a Dota 2 Steam group and try to talk to/add to your friends some of its members.
