Work on pacing. Sometimes you speed up real fast and get a little stuck, other times you slow down and throw in a lot of "umm"s.
If there's anything you should work on, and something that viewers hate to hear, it's "umm". Try to say the "u" word as little as possible.
One other thing is that you were too quick with what you said sometimes. One gank was on Void and Gyro dropped his ulti off and Void jumped out and you said "He gets a fantastic ulti off".
Also, try to reduce the dead air time. Try to keep talking about something that is relevant. If you can't think of anything to talk about at the given time, comment on the carry's items and how he needs to be shutdown soon, go over the repercussions, etc. etc.
Just some small things to work on.
Didn't have enough time to get all the way through the video but it wasn't bad.
If you have to go a little off topic to fill in the blanks instead of Uh or Um, that'll make the viewer more interested. Like what the current meta has been consisting of and such, and how successful the picks were in other games and why in the hero picks.
Not gonna lie, I'm not gonna sit through 54 minutes on a pro cast, never mind an amateur cast. So in regards of giving criticism, probably not the best person, but here are some points to abide to:
Do not swear/curse in your video, this is a big thing, it looks very unprofessional when you say ****, ****, ect...
Continue to give your opinion, its what I think drives certain people to watch specific casters, the feel personalized towards the caster.
Be more aggressive in your tone, as of now, it sounds like your having a conversation with yourself, you mumble under your breath a lot.
Don't ask questions, if you're thinking them leave it at just thoughts, statements only. If you're not sure what happened the viewer will think that you're unaware.
Jeye-Roh, like a j in just.
Overall it was decent, maybe I'm just feeling a little more harsh because if I see someone I know create something I'm less impressed than if I didn't know the person. Keep working at it, you're doing good.

Thanks, I'm trying to get better at it and I know I suck at it so that was great info
