I think the hardest hit was dealt to Night Stalker, his daytime impact is going to be even lower, maybe that low that professionals aren't going to pick him at all anymore. I'm a bit surprised that Witch Doctor received that slight nerf, I think the hero was in a great place and didn't require any changes whatsoever.

the thing with Io is that even though it looks really bad, the saves are still kinda possible.
If you tether an ally out of the tether link distance but in the cast range, you will fly to the ally. It's possible to channel during the tether flying time (i just tested it) so you only have to sit there for like 0.8-1.4ish seconds (depending on relocate rank).

1.4 is low, but I still think there will be very less IO picks in the TI group stages

Yes Balanar is in the no go zone. He has become Dracula choose him to throw the game. IceFrog and other devs dont want him TI. Next update will be : Night Stalker hits him self during day time xD
7.20: Night Stalker loses 1% of his max HP per second during daytime. He is also disarmed, silenced, muted, broken and slowed for 100% of his movespeed.
Io isn't dead, but he's definitely going to be picked a lot less and will no longer receive the instaban/pick treatment in professional games. I think this nerf is well-deserved!
