Nice guide! I can see your dedication on writing this. I'm not a good Tinker player, but I know what he needs the most from the game is a good pre- Boots of Travel laning stage, getting more insight on that is nice.

Btw, You should add Tinker Wards as a weakness of his.

Oh and probably add clockwork as one of the most powerful counter to him. It's like every kind of his abilities is designed to counter Tinker.

Oh and perhaps add description to Force Staff to counter heroes like Riki and Radiance carrier.

@Croofe

Thanks for reading this guide... Yes I would add the Tinker wards sometime.. :) so be ready for that.. Yes yes Clockwerk is one of the best counters to him but for me the best counter is still Storm Spirit because Force Staff can be a remedy for Clockwerk but against a Storm Spirit, you can be forced to buy items like Eul's Scepter of Divinity, a casual Ghost Scepter (yes he deals magic damage but he requires to attack you to deal that damage) or for worse scenarios, even a Black King Bar.

For any Radiance carriers, I recommend using this trick : Rearm, then while rearming shift-queue your Blink Dagger ;-)

Ah yes, never though of that. I'm not a mid player, so I don't really play Storm Spirit, neither does my mid friend for that matter. (He's a hardcore Shadow Fiend or Lina player). So I almost never see the counter for Tinker is SS.

Thanks for that Radiance tip though. I forgot that Radiance tick damage is every 1 second.

This is a good guide! I like it :)

But I do have a question: What factors do I need to consider when choosing between aghs and dagon?

@AEJgamer

First of all, thanks for reading the guide!! :)

Let me represent my opinion by this ---> Aghanim's Scepter > Dagon, yes this might sound strange but for me I can play games with aghs and without dagon but not vice versa... aghs is just so good now especially with that 25 talents so there's no reason to skip aghs... I only go for Dagon if we are stomping so hard that I want to finish the game as fast as possible so we can start a new one and reduce the possibility of comebacks to almost zero or if our team needs more burst coming from my kit...

Kinda sounds biased and crazy but I like aghs a lot more than dagon...

Hope you find this answer helpful... and if you got another question just comment here and I'll reply ASAP.

Thanks man! Personally, I go boots of travel, soul ring and blink, then level one dagon into bloodstone and second soul ring, into dagon 5 into E-blade and scythe. My reasoning is that with a dagon, I can get quick pick-offs easier, allowing for more bloodstone charges, allowing me and my (weak and puny) allies to just steamroll, but I suppose that Aghanim's scepter is the better choice because of the talents and counterpushing. Thank you :)
