1. Furious Bash
-Passive
-Gives Davion a chance to proc a bash on attack, dealing extra damage and stuning the target
-Proc chance: 10/15/20/25%
-Stun duration: 1/1.2/1.4/1.6 seconds
-Damage: 30/40/50/60
-Cooldown: 1 sec.
A single strike from the Devourer's axes is enough to break the bodies of even the toughest knights
2. Brutal Charge
-Toggle;
-Davion sacrifices his own lifeforce for increased attack speed
-Attack speed increase: 60/90/120/150
-HP as cost: 5% per sec.
Davoins way of fighting can be described as nothing but completely reckless
3. Body absorbtion
-passive;
-Each kill and last hit Davion is credited for restores a percentage of his HP based on the killed units maximum HP. The killed unit leaves no corpse as a side effect
-Max HP restoration: 25/30/35/40%
-Can activate even if the unit dies on the other side of the map. In other words the range is global.
His mother always told him not to waste, and wastes he not.
4. Ultimate ability - Devour
-Active ability;
-Davion devours a creep, absorbing a percentage of their damage, HP and takes their abilities for his own.
-HP conversion: 15/20/25%
-Attack damage conversion: 50/75/100%
-Duration: until Davion dies or Devours another creep.
-Manacost: 200/300/400
-Cooldown: 100 sec.
-Aghanim's scepter upgrade: Davion now permanently absorbs the passive abilities and auras of the creeps he devours, although the auras will have their radious reduced to 1. Can now also use Devour on hero summons, necronomicon summons and Ancient creeps, but never copies Lycan Wolf Invisibility, True Sight Aura and Ancient creep Spell Immunity.

I like the idea of a 'rampaging berserker', but I'm sorry to say that it's kinda... boring? I mean no offense, but I just find that all the skills are similar (if not almost carbon copy of existing skills).
Sorry if you think I'm bashing you, I'm not. I think this hero can have a great potential if you focus on either the second or third skill, and make his kit around the skill. I believe you can come up with better ideas as well, so sorry if I seem harsh.

Nah man, I knew about it all. DOTA is becoming more and more original, so having skills that sound or act familiar to others would be very boring XD
