If it's a mentor you're looking for, I suggest adding this guy on steam, he knows his stuff when it comes to supporting.

As for offlaner, it really depends on what heroes you favor, but I hope this helps!

it could be quite helpful to post your mmr and maybe one or two matches you played recently to help people recognize if they can help you and maybe already discern the most glarring mistakes.

People won't tell you that you suck, trashtalk you or something similar - don't worry, this ain't be reddit.
