Usually, mid heroes that want to get a lane advantage start off with a Wraith Band/ Null Talisman + 2 Iron Branches, which doesn't leave them enough gold for tangoes. Yeah I knew all of that, and generally I'm the person givin tangoes to the mid because I'm the support, I just meant I never heard the word pooling before :)
