help steam not reponsing my ticket

can anyone help me?my account get stolen,15 days ago.he changed my password n e mail.but i still got my email.i submitted a ricket lije 12 days ago but no response yet.i posted all the screenshots of steam messages from my email from the day i create the account to the day my account get stolen.i also give them all 3 of my passwords i used at proof.i dont have cards or anypayment as i dont use them.but i think i proof enough.any help guys.i will be so grateful ro u guys.

Steam support got a bad rep really. I think you can only wait now or submit more tickets if thats possible. Also maybe post a complain in reddit.com/r/steam instead. I think your chance will increase if you post there. Or maybe even send an email to Gabe Newell's email. Hope you got your account back.
