This hero is not actually a draft hero, even if it fits the theme of the first part of the fifth FoC (a nemesis). This hero was actually created a loooooonggg time ago, but I've never posted it because well.... it's not that good, and the idea of Archangel has been posted quite a bit in here. However, as the warm-up of this spawnfest, I'd like to post this hero! Please be considerate that this was created quite a long time ago and my english or my hero creating skill was not so good then.
Anyway, this hero was meant to be a hard support, with italic hard. The idea was to make a position 5 hero with a ****load of micro skill, similar to Visage. This hero is actually very impactful in laning phase as well as teamfights because of the regenerations, heals and purges he has.
Lore
Hailing from the realm behind the light, Mikael was The Archangel of the holy city of Vashundol, a rank given to the highest general of the entire soldier rank called Angel. Bearing his own blade of blazing light, he has defended the Divine and with the wings of radiant luminescence he has rebuked those who opposes the Heaven since time immemorial.
He had heard about the legend of Lucifer, said to be the strongest Archangel long ago that defy the Divine and fell to the earth. He did not know of the truth and he did not wish to seek for it, however, it all changes when the Divine sent him on a mission to slay Lucifer. As the most loyal Archangel to ever flew in the hall of Vashundol, he agreed without questions, for he knew that the deviant one would stay deviant until the very soul is taken and burned away.
Seventy times seven centuries had passed and Mikael has yet to slay Lucifer, seemingly known as the Doom Bringer in this earth. He knew however, that the time is coming, and very soon Lucifer shall be brought down for the Divine. With his newfound allies and angels at his command, his rank as the Archangel shall be known throughout the battleground as the beloved of his allies and purge of his enemies.

Skills
[Q] Summon Angel: From the ranks of the Angels, Mikael calls upon his most trusted soldiers to aid him in his quest. Summon an angel at targeted point with 200 HP and 300 MP. Cannot summon more units when maximum number is reached. Upon summoning, the Angel purges area around him for a 30% slow of 2 seconds that cleanse any buff. The purge affects enemy heroes only and deals no damage. The Angels summoned by Mikael have skills of Sacred Sacrifice, Intervention, and Divine Protection that scales with this skill.

[Q] Sacred Sacrifice: The ranks of angels are the most noble of soldiers, they will not hesitate to sacrifice themselves with old art of white magic to aid their allies win the war. Heals nearby allied units based on this unit maximum HP with the cost of this unit’s life.

[W] Intervention: The protector of Vashundol will always standby to protect and intervene any attempt to slay his allies. Using this skill will make this unit instantaneously blink to a targeted allied hero position and receive part of damage that unit take instead. This skill can also be used upon enemy heroes, and if used in such condition, this unit will teleport to that hero position and disable that hero to attack any units other than this unit until the duration ends or this unit dies.
- 400 maximum range, 20% damage taken
- 500 maximum range, 30% damage taken
- 600 maximum range, 40% damage taken
- 700 maximum range, 50% damage taken
[] Divine Protection: The armor and blessings of the Divines has given the angels tremendous defensive capability. This skill grants this unit an amount of bonus armor, as well as an aura that reduces the damage of enemy heroes in 400 points radius. This aura doesn’t stack with other Divine Protection aura.

[] Heavenly Presence: As the Archangel, the Divine has specifically blessed Mikael with grand blessings of the Heaven so that every allies of his in the battleground will feel like they are inside of the holy city of Vashundol. This aura affects 900 points radius from Mikael with full effect and globally with half the amount of regeneration and armor.

[E] Retribution: The Divine is always watching the battles of Mikael, and Mikael can ask for their retribution upon unjust caused to his allies. This skill casts a buff to an allied unit for a period of time. If the unit is killed on this duration, the killer receives a pure primary damage, and will be purged no matter how far the killer is. In addition, all enemy units within 250 points radius from slain unit will receive additional area magical damage. If the targeted unit doesn’t die within that duration, the area damage still applies to units around him at the end of duration, but there will be no primary damage dealt.

You don’t want to mess with the servants of the Divine
[R] Archangel Blessing: In the midst of battle, the Archangel chants his own blessing to his allies, granting huge advantage for a short period of time. In this period of time, all units within radius have increased maximum HP and all heroes receive Retribution buff, as well as Divine Protection of the level.

Is the purge from the {Q} a normal purge or a strong purge? And it's really strong, the first skill.
There's a slight inconsistency between the description of {Q} and the angel's skills: Is it "Divine Protection" or "Holy Protection?" Is it "Divine Intervention" or just "Intervention?"
Speaking of Intervention, how does the skill work? Is the allied effect a buff with a duration? Can it be purged? How does it "disable the attacks of that enemy?" Is it a Taunt, or what? And honestly, a 5 second taunt at level 1? That's absolutely crazy. Duel in comparison is a 4 second taunt at level 6.
Or maybe I'm misreading it and is a pseudo-disarm? Or is it a miss chance? Like, do the disabled attacks apply UAMs?
The aura is good, except a global 3 armour might be a bit strong, think in comparison to Arcane Aura.
Retribution is a bit weak, which is good to compensate for the {Q}. The area damage is predictable, and the pure damage death thing is negligible. (compared to 800 magical of necrobook)
{R}: The cooldown of the level 3 ult is too low, imo. 5 seconds of +50% maximum HP? That's freaking ridiculous. and 30 seconds cooldown? That... needs a bit of a fix, imo.
I don't think granting Retribution to everyone is necessarily that good though. They're no supposed to die.
So... with one click of a button, all my teammates have +50% health, 50% damage reduction, 10 armour, and a giant sign above their head saying "Don't kill me."
Is the purge from the {Q} a normal purge or a strong purge? And it's really strong, the first skill. Yeah, I deliberately make the first skill strong because that's the core of this hero. However, you might notice that it has a bad scaling (increasing a slight bit of effectivity of the angel's skills and maximum number). It is only a normal purge, the strong purge is given upon Retribution kill

It's just a pseudo-disarm, in a sense that the enemy will be disarmed upon attacking units other than the angel. I'd still probably reduce it to about 4 seconds though

That's is one OP ult.
I think it's not THAT OP, I mean, compare it with Guardian Angel... It's just an overglorified Armlet of Mordiggian. I'd still probably reduce the cooldown to 100/70/40 seconds then?
Guardian Angel can be purged and the units are still weak to magical and pure damage. Right?
And it has a 150 second cooldown at level 3, compared to the 40 (!) of this skill.
I've updated the hero accordingly, the ultimate now has a fixed 80 seconds cooldown in all level.
