i have a problem with game

Hi all.
Sorry for posting it but i do not know where to ask for it.
I know its a guide forum but you all plays dota so i hope you can help me.

Lately i had problem with dota.
i reinstaled the game, the i wanted to patch it.
The problem is i cant patch it. i turn on the launcher and then download is 0 kbps.
I can not play the game because of this.

Here is the speedtest i made.

Anyone can tell me why it is like that?
maybe ist my connection fault?
I dont know.

Please help ;)

Try checking the cache. If that doesn't work, try deleting the game and reinstalling completely. If that doesn't work, you might want to post here:- http://dev.dota2.com/

That ^ is where any bugs or issues with the game can be addressed.

Look ill show ya something:
I also did 2 speedtests and i can tell you it doesnt matter.

There is all fine. However if ya do speedtest it connect to the speedtest server not to the game server.
You should do test to dota servers in cmd in your windows :)
Thats why its not count.
Anyway - if you have some firewall it is possible that connection is blocked.
I also searched web and find that your provider blocks ports of game, so maybe just write mail to them all call them and itll be better :)

I had issue due to my comodo firewall. The program put the launcher into 'sandbox' and turned it on in wirtual mode. Now i hope all is fine ;)

I have bigger problem with internet and i do not want to post another topic so i ask there.
Look:

I have had this speed for few days. The result are totally diffrent and weird. Did i mess sth with it?
Is that because of firewall ???

hi again. im not sure. the problem can be everywhere. maybe its because of traffic or your provider.
try to do more tests and wait around 2 days

I did test at 5 am, im sure, nobody is on net now. Traffic should be also low.

Do you have some package of data per month you can use?
Its happening when you runs out of package.

I also have slower speed:

I wont be better till i pay for next month ;p

i actually had package limit :O
i payed for new month and result are goooooood :)

look:

i have 20 gb limit of downloaded data, thats why after 20gb speed is slower.
