Medusa - Bashing a target affected by Stone Gaze causes them to shatter. This includes MKB mini-bash.

AA - Frostbite damage from Ice Blast is perminantly taken from the enemy HP pool, and can never be recovered. You can't regrow fingers in DOTO.

Chaos Knight - Gets 50% cleave as part of his ulti. He can now actually farm.

Since you just can't have enough Chaos Breaker.

Chen - Holy Persuasion now converts every neutral in every camp (including Ancients and Roshan)

Naga Siren - Song of the Siren is now global, and goes through BKB

in some ways thats a nerf, the BKB part is for sure, but global removes the uitility and makes it stupidly OP :P

Maybe it's weaker in terms of teamfights where you can no longer 5v1 the BKB'd carry, but it's damn useful for ratting your way to victory :P
