Well for one you dont have a 300 manacost ultimate that you have to use 2 times in sucsession, so i dont know what its so strange to you. Only earthshock and overpower cost mana, and hex is pretty much a core item on him.

Refresher ursa is epic. I recently commented on a guide and ASKED t add refresher to his build.
With BKB, it just means that 2 kills are confirmed.
