I'll just post this hero here to get some comment, although she did not win the FoC, I love her a lot and it got 30/30 originality, it counts for something :p
Paldea is a hero(ine) that is created with an idea of a hero that breaks the 4th wall (like a certain someone from the marvel universe). This hero is designed to be a versatile hero that can be built into 3 major directions based on his three basic skills, Load & Save Point to be played as split-pusher, Link Hack to be played as ganker/disabler and Disconnection to be played as elusive semi-carry. To further increase the point, I made this hero levels unorthodoxly (6 levels in 3 basic skills, 5 levels in Random Access Memory and 2 in Specific Upgrade).
The Random Access Memory works as a replacement to the stats points, increasing overall effectivity of the skills (like synergy), but requires a lot of levels to be useful. Specific Upgrade also confirms the direction where the hero is built in each game. Because of these, this hero needs a lot of level, and is meant to be played as an off-laner, with sustainability from Load & Save Point as well as elusiveness from Disconnection. This hero also has the fastest reincarnation in the game from level 5, as soon as he learn Random Access Memory, allowing him to use Load even after his death, making him a very hard to kill hero.
This hero can be very durable, as well as being able to become a very strong (semi)carry because of the 2 possible additional inventory slots if she choose to upgrade Random Access Memory twice in Specific Upgrade. All in all, this hero is meant to be versatile and interesting, playing around with player controls and level distributions, thus requiring a huge level of game foresight to be able to be played to the fullest. However, this hero will be very fun to use because of her responses and gameplay, as well as rewarding if played properly.

Lore
It was a dark night, stars shone dimly behind a veil of cloud and a sigh was heard high in the hollow peaks of the Zealot's Range. Standing there was a lady clothed in maroon robe, visibly distressed while mulling over a matter of imminent –and utmost- danger. She quivered, unable to contain the knowledge of a near and upcoming end of everything she knew. Once more she sighed, and again her soul roamed the cosmos, only to be perturbed by the same revelation that she had seen for days, that an Oracle would come and with her the end of a universe in an infinite pieces of shattered mirrors.
Weeks on end she spent meditating in the dark of nights, each day expecting to be proven wrong in her cosmic roams, but not a time had she been proven wrong, not until that one night. It was just a night like any others, Paldea sitting in silence of the highest clarity none could have, but this night was different, this night Paldea received more than the end of her universe. She received an understanding that her universe did not even exist, that her reality -all decisions she had made- was just a fabricated simulation controlled by inhabitants of another universe, the Suzerains as she called them.
This newfound wisdom relieved Paldea of her pain, but none could say for sure if it was at the cost of her sanity. Thus, with every passing day she spread her prophecy and revelation, and was therefore known as the Deranged Prophet. However, when the time came and her prophecy was fulfilled the other prophets regret their obtuse ignorance. Having received the highest revelation, Paldea managed to travel past the boundary of her universe and survived the shattering mirrors. Now a figure venturing the battlefield, wearing her tattered maroon robe as cape and a mask hiding her sanity as well as her emotions, she continued to dispense her twisted wisdom for anyone willing to listen -and for those who are not, her mystical blade will grant them their bitter and absolute proof.
Skills
[Q] Save Point: With Paldea's ability to see the truth, she creates a point in her reality where she embeds a fragment of her soul save from any possible harm. This skill creates a Save Point that later can be loaded with sub-ability Load that is learned automatically with this skill. The points are visible to enemies.
- 1 maximum point, lasts 20 seconds each
- 2 maximum points, lasts 40 seconds each
- 3 maximum points, lasts 60 seconds each
- 4 maximum points, lasts 80 seconds each
- 5 maximum points, lasts 100 seconds each
- 6 maximum points, lasts 120 seconds each
Will automatically create a point where she stands
Each active point will create a timer as buff display
[D] Load: The Deranged Prophet moves her soul into a fragment of her past, regaining HP, MP and location as the condition she was when she created the targeted Save Point. This skill can be used even in death after Random Access Memory has been learned. EXP, gold, item and cool down are not affected.
Type: Target save point
Affects: Self
MP cost: 250
Cool down: 110 seconds
Cast time: 1 second
Cast range: Global
notes
Will automatically load to the closest Save Point from targeted point
Once Random Access Memory has been learned, this skill can be used within 5 seconds after death, invalidating enemy kill, gold gain and exp. Any enemies that kill Paldea will only receive gold and exp after 5 seconds of death (if Paldea doesn't use this skill).
If tier 1 upgrade has been learned, can still be used without any Save Point
[W] Link Hack: Paldea slashes and hacks the link of a targeted enemy unit from respective Suzerain, losing control and becoming mindless puppet for a short while. This skill disables and makes a unit uncontrollable by their respective players. This skill can be casted on both heroes and creeps, but doesn't disable if casted on creeps and costs only half the original MP cost.
After tier 1 is learned, this skill become area target unit
After tier 2 is learned, this skill pierces magic immunity
[E] Disconnection: The reason she managed to escape her universe, Paldea cut the connections of herself and her Suzerains, allowing her to move without any kind of restrain. This skill disconnects player control to the Deranged Prophet for a maximum of 7 seconds. Paldea will automatically move and attack enemies in targeted area until the duration is finished or all enemies confirmed are dead. It is impossible to cancel this skill mid-way except by Paldea's death. If no enemy is in the area, Paldea will stop in the targeted point until duration runs out.
- 10% movement, 25% attack speed and evasion bonus
- 15% movement, 35% attack speed and evasion bonus
- 20% movement, 45% attack speed and evasion bonus
- 25% movement, 55% attack speed and evasion bonus
- 30% movement, 65% attack speed and evasion bonus
- 35% movement, 75% attack speed and evasion bonus
If all enemies are dead, control is given back to the player
After tier 1 is learned, this skill will gain Reconnect by pressing this skill once again, giving the control instantly to the player
After tier 2 is learned, this skill prevents Paldea to be disabled until duration ends
[] Random Access Memory: After many dangers, Paldea realized that she could maximize her potentials by increasing her memory access. This skill grants bonus stats, upgrades Load cool down and MP cost, Link Hack disable duration and cast range, as well as Disconnection duration, attack speed and evasion bonus. This skill also enables Load to be used within 5 seconds after death, invalidating her death.
- 4 to all stats, can be taken at level 5
- 8 to all stats, can be taken at level 10
- 12 to all stats, can be taken at level 15
- 16 to all stats, can be taken at level 20
- 20 to all stats, can be taken at level 25
Type: Passive
Affects: Self
Load cool down: -13 seconds/level (45 seconds max level) Load MP cost: -30/level (100 MP cost max level) Link Hack disables duration: +0.2 seconds/level (4 seconds max level) Link Hack cast range: +60/level (900 points max level) Disconnection duration: +0.6/level (10 seconds max level) Disconnection attack speed and evasion: +5%/level (100% max level)
I do need some RAM increase right now
Notes:
Automatically improve all the other skills except Specific Upgrade
Replaces plus stats (+20 to all stats at max level)
[] Specific Upgrade: Paldea is capable to roam the cosmic reality to speak with her Suzerain, allowing her to upgrade a specific area of her power. This skill can be taken at level 6 and 21, and choosing a skill after learning this skill can give a specific upgrade to one of her skills. At the first upgrade, a tier one upgrade can be chosen, while at the second upgrade, either a tier one upgrade of another skill can be chosen or a tier two upgrade for her upgraded skill.
Tier One:
-Load: Load is now possible to be used without save point if she died, resurrecting herself in the location of her death with 75% HP and MP
-Link Hack: Will now affect units within 275 points radius of targeted unit
-Disconnection: Allows the player to reconnect by pressing the skill again
-Random Access Memory: Grants an additional inventory slot
Tier Two:
-Load: Load is now possible to be used without save point if she died, resurrecting herself within 1200 radius from the location of her death with full HP and MP. Also allows loading in 1200 radius from all save points.
-Link Hack: Will now affect units within 350 points radius of targeted unit, also pierces magic immunity
-Disconnection: Allows the player to reconnect by pressing the skill again, also prevents being disabled while in duration.
-Random Access Memory: Grants two additional inventory slots
Type: Passive
Affects: Self
Hey Suzerain, some favor please?
Notes:
Choosing which part to upgrade require the player to choose one of them after levelling this skill
Tier 2 can only be learned if the respective tier 1 has been learned
Other tier 1 than the one chosen at first can be learned at second upgrade

“Alright, alright! I’m moving!”
–Rare: “Hey, do you know that you can use Disconnection to make me arrive faster over there? Yeah, probably a good idea”

“A bit stronger now!”
“Yeah, if you could have done this sooner”
“Just a bit more EXP and it’s next level again!”

“Now, who is deranged?”
“Should have started listening to what I said!”
–Rare: “Now, now, don’t press that quit button! The game is not yet over!”
Killing with Mind Hack

“Hmm… Is he just disconnected or dead?”
“Lesson number one: stop depending on your Suzerain”
“HACK! HACK! HACK!!!!!!”
Killing while using Disconnection
“This is what it means being independent”
“Did you see that Suzerain? You can just leave me to my own business!”
“I don’t need your control to do this!”
“Okay, now how do I disconnect his control forever… Oh, did you hear that?”
Dying
“What the hell, Suzerain?? I trusted you!!”
“You suck at this game….”
“Next time, let me handle this!”
“Oh it hurts!! Never mind, I’m respawning soon”

“Here I am again! Stop screwing up Suzerain!!!”
“Another chance for you to continue playing! Yay!!”
“Oops! Is it time already?”
“Can I not wait a bit longer? I’m tired!”
Killing a Rival
Oracle – “Do you intend to destroy this universe as well? Too bad!” Oracle – “I would say that it’s revenge for our universe, but… It’s just for fun” Weaver – “Thanks for your hard work! Although you’re also a simulation” Weaver – “If you created this universe how can you die in it? Hmmmm…” Omniknight – “OMNISCIENCE DOESN’T EXIST!!! Neither does us, though” Zeus – “Err…. I think I have read about you somewhere else” Wraith King – “I thought you can also load your game? Is it corrupted?”
Dying to a Rival
Oracle – “Oh, it’s the breaking mirror all over again” Oracle – “You again? Stop ruining the fun!” Wraith King – “Are you familiar about my load system?” Omniknight – “Okay, okay, I’m sorry for saying that your imaginary friend doesn’t exist!”
Victory
“Happy now, Suzerain?”
“Yay! I wonder if I have to continue this simulation… ****!”
“I win… No, you win! Congratz!”
Defeat
“Now, now, don’t get discouraged, you did pretty well, I guess”
“If only I have more control over myself!”
“It’s all your fault! I told you we should have done the other thing that time! Why are you so incompetent! I hope my next Suzerain is better!”
Rare
“This simulation of yours… It feels a lot like a game, eh?”
“I’m tired, can you just cut our connection? I think it should get this over with”
“Hey, I think I can see you now! What is that err… thing that flashes light in front of you? Oh, is that I? So that’s how you control me!”
I think reactions is not needed bra, beside, its called unit responses.
Hi Neurotoxin.
This is a creative piece of work, no need to criticize on such things. Besides, all you've done is bashing down on other's ideas, so please respect them and their work.

I think lores is not needed bra, doesn't even contribute to gameplay. /sarcasm
If someone likes Nazis and shouts to the world "NAZIS RULE", there's bound to be a negative reaction. You can't expect people to hear a controversial (or meaningless and unconstructive, in your case) opinion and not react in a negative way.
