I just wanted to know does Heartstopper Aura Work with Octarine Core?

I think it does but the more you know right?

Doesn't work. Heartstopper Aura is not damage, it's negative regeneration, so you don't lifesteal off of it.

He only lifesteals from his Q and his ult.

But Necro doesn't buy Octarine for the lifesteal, he buys it to reduce the cooldown of Reaper's Scythe and Refresher Orb...like most heroes really.

Btw don't pick Necro until Glimmer Cape gets nerfed. Just friendly advice 'cos the hero is unplayable right now :)

glimmer is really what screws the hero over now. people expected necro to become a popular hero but the item is such a rediculously specific counter to the entire hero.
