Actually Vlads does nothing on PL. Literally nothing. Illusions don't benefit from auras in any way.

Vladmir's Offering is exactly the same as Helm of the Dominator except that it gives an aura to your team which gives you additional teamfighting and pushing power, and Vlads also gives mana regen while helm doesn't.

The only downside of Vlads over helm is that you can't use the creep to stack ancients and that it doesn't build into Satanic.

So, on pushing-oriented semi-carries like Viper / Drow Ranger, or even on Troll Warlord, Vlads is a perfect choice over traditional lifesteal.

why stack ancients in this meta? we need gankind or pushing carrys, not dayfarming one

Why not? Saying not to stack ancients is way too black and white.
You arent going to pick up a vlads instead of a helm on a helm hero like gyro anyways.
